When will I receive my order?
Please expect your order to be processed and packaged within 7 business days, Monday-Friday. As I use USPS as our domestic shipping carrier, domestic orders tend to be delivered within 3-7 business days. Canadian orders are shipped with either USPS or UPS within 6-10 business days. If you need an order by a certain date please do not hesitate to reach out by email and we will try our best to accommodate your requests! Do you ship internationally? What are your shipping policies?
Unfortunately at this time we only ship to the United States and Canada. We are not responsible for any in international fees, duties, taxes, tariffs, etc. charged to customers upon receiving an international package. International packages declined and/or returned will be refunded the amount of their purchase excluding the shipping cost. Any lost, damaged, etc. packages must be disputed with the shipping carrier, USPS or UPS. Once packages are dropped off at the post office and tracking begins, the package becomes out of our hands. All disputes must be resolved with the shipping carrier, USPS or UPS.
Is there tracking or free shipping for my order?
If you would like to add tracking to your order, there is an additional cost at checkout for sticker orders. Domestic orders over $75 get FREE shipping!
What if I put the wrong address?
Please double check you have put the correct shipping address at checkout! If the package is sent to the wrong address it becomes out of our hands. If the package is sent to the wrong address, an additional shipping cost will be required to be sent back.
What size should I get?
You can check out our sizing chart here! I am 5'3 and usually wear a medium/large but like to wear a large for an oversized look! Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please verify that you have chosen the correct size for shirts and crewnecks. I recommend sizing up for an oversized and comfy look! If you would like to cancel your order please contact me within the first two hours after the order is placed. Do you outsource your products?
Nope! All products are handmade. There may be slight imperfections, but all are individually unique! Do not hesitate to contact me by email at shoplaniandkai@gmail.com if you are not satisfied with your order.
Are stickers waterproof?
Yes! All stickers are semi waterproof. (Excluding packaging stickers.) Stickers are made with a weatherproof sticker paper and are laminated with a protective layer for extra protection. If you are putting this sticker on a water bottle, please keep in mind that although the stickers are sealed with a layer to prevent water damage, they should not be put into the dishwasher and vigorously scrubbed when washed.
How should I wash my shirt and crewneck to maintain the best quality?
Please wash inside out, wash on coldest setting, and air dry! (Do not use dryer to dry)
